周××,男,42岁,农民,病案号55723.1年前右眼内侧曾有外伤,皮肤伤口当时在乡卫生院缝合,但以后伤口反复溃破并溢脓.虽多次抗炎治疗,伤口仍长期不愈.检查:右眼视力0.8.右眼眶周软组织红、肿、压痛明显.下睑近内眦部可见约1×1.5cm大小的慢性炎性肉芽组织,表面覆有脓血痂.清除脓痂有脓血溢出.眼球无突出,眼球运动略受限.结膜充血、水肿.角膜透明.眼底未见出血或渗出.泪道冲洗通畅.X线检查:眶骨及眶内软组织未见异常.入院后先予抗生素治疗,局部炎症控制后,在局麻下手术清除病灶,术中发现伤口有异物存留,用止血钳拉出1条27×7×4mm大小的竹质异物.再次探查伤口,又取出25×7×4mm大小的竹质异物.二者可拼成一三角形竹签状物.竹异物上附有
