班主任作为学校中教学组织和管理的最小单位——班级的负责者,无论是从整个学校的教育教学活动的开展,还是从学生个体的发展来说,都具有极其重要的作用。在传统的教学模式下,我们已经把班主任定位为:班级的管理者,活动的组织者,学校规章制度与学生之间的桥梁,各科教师在本班教学活动的协调者。那么,新课程改革对教师、学生、学校乃至我们的教育体制都提出了新的要求,班主任在这种新的情况下该有什么样的改变呢?我个人认为,新课程对班主任提出的新要求主要在于以下几个方面。
