作者回顾性复习了55例跗舟骨应力性骨折治疗前、后的CT表现并描述了所用的CT扫描方法。选用的病人为参加各项活动的包括娱乐性的、业余的和职业运动员。病人的早期表现、临床过程以及治疗结果均由包括外科报告的医疗文件来确定。男30例,女24例。年龄15～30岁(平均21岁)。均有足部疼痛。从症状和体征发生到诊断之间的平均时间为4个月(3天～2年),临床随访为6～84个月(平均24个月)。放射学研究包括平片(47例)、
The authors retrospectively reviewed the CT findings of 55 cases of salamander stress fractures before and after treatment and described the CT scan method used. The patients selected are entertaining, amateur and professional athletes participating in various activities. The patient’s early presentation, clinical course, and treatment outcome are determined by medical documentation including surgical reports. 30 males and 24 females. Aged 15 to 30 years old (average 21 years old). Have foot pain. The average time from symptom onset to diagnosis was 4 months (3 days to 2 years) and clinical follow-up was 6 to 84 months (mean, 24 months). Radiological studies included plain film (n = 47)
