1 国际标准和国外先进标准为了促进技术进步,提高产品质量,增加社会经济效益,扩大对外贸易和提高标准化的水平,当前国家在标准化领域采取一项重要技术经济政策,就是采用国际标准和国外先进标准。所谓国际标准是指国际标准化组织(ISO)和国际电工委员会(IEC)所制订的标准,以及国际标准化组织公布的国际组织(如 UIC)和其他国际组织(如 ITU)
