The gold deposit in the gold deposit-copper deposits and the ore-bearing strata all contain a certain amount of organic matter, most of which are in the non-appearance state. They can be seen that they coexist with or accompany the gold-bearing minerals such as pyrite. According to the analysis of organic carbon content and gold content in different types of rock ore samples and their correlations, it is found that the organic carbon content and gold content of alteration strata are lower, the unaltered strata are higher than the alteration strata, and the content of ore is the highest. In addition, there is a positive correlation between the content of the two minerals in the ore, indicating that organic matter plays an important role in the formation of the deposit. Because the positive correlation between the two is the best, The formation of gold deposits play a role in the most.
