《压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《容规》)比原来的《压力容器安全监察规程》合理、正确、完善。新《容规》的贯彻执行,对压力容器的安全管理,肯定会起到积极作用。现本人从实践出发,提点小建议,供参考。即新《容规》第4条关于压力容器类别的划分中,其内容虽然写得很精炼,但都不够明确。如其第1款规定:低压容器(本条第2、3款规定的除外)为第一类压力容器。其第2款的第1项规定:中压容器(本条第3款规定的除外)为第二类压力容器之一。……上述表达方式在应用起来不能使人一目了然,甚感不便。为便于
