根据牵引变电所在机车密集运行时母线电压过低和空载或小负荷时母线电压过高等现象,提出采用串联电容补偿装置(SCC)进行投切控制的措施,并介绍该系统动态控制的原理和仿真情况。该装置已经通过试验并投入现场运行。运行结果证明,该装置的使用大大提高了铁路牵引供电的安全性。
According to the phenomena of low bus voltage and no-load or low busbar voltage when the traction substation is running intensively in a locomotive, the measures of switching control by series capacitor compensation (SCC) are proposed and the principle of dynamic control of the system is introduced And the simulation situation.
