一、泄漏压力降与温度测定 地下煤气管道铺设后按规定要进行气密性试验,以检查气体的泄漏率是否符合规定。气体的泄漏率通常用泄漏压力降表示之。地下煤气管道气密性试验办法,各国之间有所不同,国内大多数城市参照苏联的办法,但也不尽一致。现以芜湖市为例,其试验介质、试验压力、试压持续时间及允许泄漏压力降如表1所示。 I. Leakage pressure drop and temperature measurement After the underground gas pipeline is laid, it is required to conduct airtightness tests to check whether the gas leakage rate meets the requirements. The gas leak rate is usually expressed as a leak pressure drop. The gas tightness test methods for underground gas pipelines vary from country to country. Most cities in the country refer to the Soviet Union’s approach, but they are not consistent. Taking Wuhu City as an example, the test medium, test pressure, test pressure duration, and allowable leakage pressure drop are shown in Table 1.
