职业素养的养成对于职业学校的学生而言非常重要。职业学校的学生,尤其是中专生,往往入校两年后就要步入社会,良好的职业素养,可以提高他们适应工作、适应社会的能力。德育课作为思想教育的主阵地,如何在平日的教学中贯穿职业素养教育、协助专业课程进行职业素养的培养,值得我们思考。本文将从本人平日教学做法入手,谈谈怎样对学生进行职业素养的养成教育。
The development of professionalism is very important for students in vocational schools. Students in vocational schools, especially secondary school students, often have to enter the community after two years in school. Their good professional accomplishments can enhance their ability to adapt to work and to adapt to society. As the main front of ideological education, how to carry out professional accomplishment education through weekday teaching and to help professional courses to cultivate professional accomplishments are worthy of our consideration. This article will start from my weekday teaching practice, talk about how to cultivate students’ professional literacy.
