目前静安区青少年运动学校招生中,存在生源逐年递减的情况。本文通过对学员、学员家长、静安区青少年运动学校自身、社会舆论的影响,四个方面来阐述原因所在并提出建设性解决方案。运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法对静安区青少年运动学校招生生源不足现象进行研究。通过问卷调查法结果分析得出,家长对孩子未来的规划与孩子的爱好的矛盾、运动训练时间与文化课学习时间的矛盾、静安区青少年运动学校教练与生源的素质和校园风气对招生有着重要影响。如何能够实现体教结合、如何改变社会及家长对运动员的传统看法、提高静安区青少年运动学校教练员自身文化素质与修养对体校招生有着至关重要的意义。
At present, Jing’an District Youth Sports School enrollment, there is a decrease year by year students. This article expounds the reasons and puts forward the constructive solutions through four aspects: the trainees, the students’ parents, the Jing’an District Youth Sports School itself and the influence of the public opinions. By means of literature review, investigation and logical analysis, this paper studies the insufficiency of enrollment of students in Jing’an District Youth Sports School. Through questionnaire survey, we can draw the conclusion that there are contradictions between parents’ planning of children’s future and children’s hobbies, conflicts between sports training time and study time in culture class, quality of coaches and students in Jing’an District Youth Sports School and campus culture are important to enrollment influences. How to realize the combination of sports and education, how to change the traditional viewpoints of society and parents on athletes, and to improve the cultural quality and training of trainers in Jing’an District Youth Sports School are of vital significance to enrollment of sports schools.
