我矿共有4台φ5500×1800自磨机,在运转五年时间里,虽多次烧瓦,但经刮研后状况良好。去年六月,我矿2~#自磨机因未按规程及时更换及添加润滑油,使直径2米的轴瓦烧坏,巴氏合金表层融坏达一毫米多。在把轴瓦吊下刮研时,由于强行吊起来采取合理的措施,致使存有部分矿石(100多吨)的筒体脱落,巴氏合金与轴承座离壳,轴瓦报废,使工期延长,损失达5万多元。造成这次坏瓦的原因,主要是技术上判断错误及指挥不当。
