资产评估是确定资产市场价值,开展资产经营与管理工作的重要环节。在矿产资源资产开发利用管理工作中,对矿产资源资产进行科学地评估,是合理配置、有效利用矿产资源资产,充分实现矿产资源资产产权收益的必要前提。本文利用较为成熟的资产评估理论与方法,探讨了矿产资源储量资产综合评估及其产权预期收益的计算方法,提出了实现矿产资源储量资产产权预期收益的四条途径,并简要地分析了产权收益的合理分配与使用途径。
Assets assessment is to determine the value of the assets market, asset management and management of an important part.
