以深圳市南山区的社区为单元,以扩展演化的住宅用地为研究对象,引入土地承载力变化指数、土地利用强度变化指数、土地利用结构变化指数与土地利用效益变化指数,运用层次分析法对城市住宅用地扩展演化的空间质量进行评估,以揭示城市住宅用地的空间利用状况,为合理配置城市住宅用地以及提高住宅用地的利用效率提供参考依据。研究表明,2009年至2012年期间,南山区住宅用地总体扩展演化速度较快,但扩展演化的空间质量不高,形成以“松坪山—安乐”为中心、“大学城—留仙”为次中心、质量值向外围逐级扩散的空间格局。
Taking the community in Nanshan District, Shenzhen as an example, the extended residential land was taken as the research object. The index of land carrying capacity, index of change of land use intensity, index of change of land use structure and index of land use benefit were introduced. The analytic hierarchy process The spatial quality of urban residential land expansion and evolution is evaluated to reveal the spatial utilization of urban residential land and provide reference for rational allocation of urban residential land and utilization efficiency of residential land. The research shows that during the period from 2009 to 2012, the overall expansion of residential land in Nanshan District has evolved rapidly, but the quality of the space for expansion and evolution has not been high, forming the center of “Songping Mountain - Anle” "Is the secondary center, the quality value to the periphery of the gradual diffusion of the spatial pattern.
