已知降钙素(CT)以各种方式对垂体激素分泌有调节作用。本文观察在人中输入鲑鱼降钙素对GHRH诱导的GH分泌的影响。并用在体外培养的大鼠垂体前叶细胞研究了CT对GH和ACTH分泌的直接作用。
Calcitonin (CT) is known to regulate pituitary hormone secretion in a variety of ways. This article investigates the effects of salmon calcitonin on GHRH-induced GH secretion in humans. The direct effect of CT on the secretion of GH and ACTH was studied with rat anterior pituitary cells cultured in vitro.
