去年,国家颁布《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》和新课程标准。《纲要》中提出“学校在执行国家课程和地方课程的同时,应视当地社会、经济发展的具体情况,结合本校的传统和优势、学生的兴趣和需要,开发或选用适合本校的课程。”我校在“九五”期间曾进行了《小学生自主教育》课题研究,促进了学校整体改革工作。其中在发展产生自主兴趣活动方面做了比较认真的探索,这为我校在“十五”期间开发校本课程奠定了基础。我们在充分研究的基础上确立了北安小学三项校本课程:
