所谓的校本资源是要求教师选择和巧用资源,促进课堂教学的优化,使学生知识、技能、情感、价值观得到发展,为学生的可持续发展注入无穷的活力。也就是说,作为新时期的教师,要立足于学校的实际,有意识地开发校本资源,有效地将多种资源应用到教学活动之中,以确保学生在高效的课堂中获得良好的发展。因此,在素质教育思想的影响下,教师要有意识地开发校本资源,以丰富学生的学习内容,使学生获得更加全面的发展。
The so-called school-based resources require teachers to select and clever use of resources to promote the optimization of classroom teaching, so that students develop the knowledge, skills, emotions, values, and inject vitality into the sustainable development of students. In other words, as a teacher in the new era, we should base ourselves on the actual conditions of our schools, consciously develop school-based resources and effectively apply various resources to our teaching activities so as to ensure that students can achieve sound development in an effective classroom. Therefore, under the influence of quality education, teachers should consciously develop school-based resources in order to enrich students’ learning content so that students can achieve more comprehensive development.
