The growing tensions between doctor-patient relationship and the impact of social unhealthy atmosphere on the values of hospital staff are the problems that managers must face now. In the face of the new situation of medical and health system reform, this article analyzes the confusion of the mass culture in the hospital. This paper discusses the construction of spiritual culture inside the hospital and the propaganda of foreign culture. It puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the evaluation and petition system, strengthen the vocational education and literary propaganda, improve the vocational skills and so on, which can be used as a reference for the hospital leaders.
