为研究厚层水泥稳定碎石基层分层连续摊铺整体成型技术,设计了一次整体成型、分层连续成型、分层间断成型3种层间状态的成型方式,成型不同方式的水泥稳定碎石试件,对其抗剪强度、抗压强度、抗弯拉强度、疲劳性能进行测试及分析。试验结果表明一次整体成型和分层连续成型的试件各项性能优于分层间断成型,提出了厚层水泥稳定碎石基层分层连续摊铺碾压施工的关键技术,并通过现场铺筑试验路验证了厚层水泥稳定碎石基层分层连续摊铺整体成型技术的可行性。
In order to study the integral forming technology of the continuous layering of thick cement stabilized macadam, a three-layer forming method of integral forming, layering continuous forming and layering discontinuous forming was designed and different forms of cement stabilized macadam The specimens were tested and analyzed for their shear strength, compressive strength, flexural strength and fatigue properties. The test results show that the overall performance of one sample of integral forming and stratified continuous forming is better than that of stratified discontinuous forming.
