随着中小学新课改在全国不断的深入,对中小学音乐教师的素养也提出了更高的规范和要求。中学音乐教师不仅要在技能和知识上有着较高的水平,而且对中学音乐课堂有着灵活的调控能力,运用教学智慧快速应对课堂教学的变化状况,做到不断学习,与时俱进,用智慧教育激活中学音乐课堂的教学,使中学音乐课堂充满欢歌笑语和灵性,努力使自己成为一个智慧型的中学音乐教师。本研究主要从智慧型音乐课堂需要音乐教育工作者的激发和引导;智慧型音乐课堂需要呼唤高素质的音乐教育工作者;通过音乐教学留心寻找音乐的好苗子使其走向音乐殿堂;借助多媒体教学工具共享智慧型音乐课堂的快乐等四个方面来论述如何用智慧教育打造高效的中学音乐课堂。
