中药及其有效成分因其不良反应小、价格低廉、来源广泛、应用历史悠久等优点在抗癌的研究中越来越受到重视。黄芩具有清热解毒、燥湿泻火、止血安胎之功效。近年来有关黄芩苷及黄芩其他有效成分在防治肿瘤方面作用的报道不断增加,黄芩苷及其黄酮类成分具有广泛抗肿瘤活性,具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭转移等作用途径。本文就黄芩苷在抗肿瘤及预防肿瘤方面的可能机制综述如下。
