Wericke脑病系因长期饮酒或营养不良所致的一种以智力与精神障碍、眼肌麻痹、小脑性共济失调三特征为主要临床表现的神经系统疾病。此病在我国颇为罕见,仅见张氏报告一例,现将我们所见一例报告并讨论如下。
Wericke Encephalopathy is a neurological disease characterized by long-term alcohol consumption or malnutrition as the main clinical manifestations of mental and psychiatric disorders, ophthalmoplegia, and cerebellar ataxia. This disease is quite rare in our country, only one case of Zhang’s report is reported, and the report we have just seen and discussed below.
