目的通过了解无偿献血人员的基本情况、分析采血工作中献血者的满意度,改进献血服务质量,促进推广无偿献血。方法收集南平市2011—2013年无偿献血者资料,向部分献血人员发放问卷进行满意度调查分析。结果南平市无偿献血者逐年增加,年龄以30~49岁为主(63.3%);男性较多,性别比1.3∶1;文化程度高中/中专以上占91.7%,初中以下占比偏低(8.3%);1次献血400mL占58.4%,初次献血占68.6%。满意度调查结果,献血者对服务态度和文明用语满意率3年均达90%以上;对献血环境、献血流程、操作技术、卫生状况满意度逐年提高,2013年均超过90%。结论对献血过程实施人性化服务,能提高献血者对献血过程的满意率。应继续改进服务质量,提高操作技术水平,宣传公民的献血义务,扩大并巩固献血人群,保障临床用血量与安全。
Objective To understand the basic situation of unpaid blood donors, analyze the satisfaction of blood donors during blood collection, improve the quality of blood donation services, and promote the promotion of voluntary blood donation. Methods The data of unpaid blood donors from 2011 to 2013 in Nanping City were collected and the questionnaires were distributed to some blood donors for satisfaction survey. Results The blood donors in Nanping City increased year by year with the age of 30-49 years old (63.3%); men were more with a sex ratio of 1.3:1; those with high school / technical secondary education accounted for 91.7% 8.3%); one blood donation 400mL accounted for 58.4%, the first donation accounted for 68.6%. Satisfaction survey results show that the satisfaction rates of blood donors to service attitude and civilized term are above 90% in three years. Satisfaction with blood donation environment, blood donation process, operation technique and health condition is increasing year by year, reaching over 90% in 2013. Conclusion The implementation of humanized blood donation process can improve the satisfaction of blood donors on the process of blood donation. Should continue to improve service quality, improve operating skills, publicity of blood donation obligations, to expand and consolidate the blood donation crowd, to protect the clinical use of blood and safety.
