为满足戈壁地表砂土的铣刨收集要求,通过对铣刨切削装置的工作原理、旋转方式和铣削运动参数的理论分析,建立了楔形铣刨刀具砂土切削的力学计算的数学模型。根据收集研究区域不同深度砂土的材料强度,利用该数学模型并运用计算机仿真,研究了楔形铣刨刀具的运动参数、几何参数与切削受力之间的关系,得出了给定条件下楔形铣刨刀具设计参数对砂土切削受力的影响规律,研究成果为楔形铣刨刀具结构及其收集工艺参数的优化设计奠定基础。
In order to meet the requirements of the milling and gobing of the Gobi surface soil, a mathematic model of the mechanical calculation of the cutting of the wedge milling cutter with sand was established by theoretical analysis of the working principle, rotation mode and milling movement parameters of the milling and cutting device. According to the strength of the sand collected from different depths of the study area, the relationship between the kinematic parameters, the geometric parameters and the cutting forces was studied by using the mathematical model and the computer simulation. The results showed that under certain conditions, The influence of milling cutter design parameters on the cutting force of sand cutting, the research results laid the foundation for the optimization design of wedge milling cutter structure and its collection process parameters.
