设备状况监测系统在FMS中发挥重要作用。在旧的设备损坏之前修改它们,可使缺陷产品造成的损失可大大减少,从而改善了产品质量和可靠性。为实现这一目标,本文介绍一种通过采用单片机应用于在线监测的监测系统来检测切割过程中的工具划伤。
Equipment condition monitoring systems play an important role in FMS. Modifying them before the old equipment is damaged can greatly reduce the cost of defective products and improve product quality and reliability. In order to achieve this goal, this paper presents a method of detecting scratches in the cutting process by using a single chip microcomputer monitoring system used in online monitoring.
