肺曲菌病少见，本文报告两例肺曲菌病，并作文献复习。肺曲菌病分为（１）支气管肺炎型，（２）曲菌球型；（３）播散型；（４）变态反应型。曲菌球型有一定特征性，不易误诊，其它三型则易误为其它疾病，因此，肺部抗炎或抗结核等治疗无效或病情变坏，疑有肺曲菌病者，需做痰菌培养、涂片，纤维支气管活检及皮肺穿刺以明确诊断，治疗以手术效果为好 Pulmonary aspergillosis is rare, this article reports two cases of pulmonary aspergillosis, and review the literature.
