November 8, 1997, Canada officially adopted the ATSC terrestrial digital television transmission standard [1], the standard developed by the United States Advanced Television Systems Committee in the A / 53 document and in the FCC MM Dock-et No. 87-268 Document ~ [3] revised. The following sections discuss the technical parameters of Canadian DTT system implementation and frequency allocation: interference protection ratios, reference reference system parameters, radio frequency radiation models, and their design methodology. First introduced the Canadian terrestrial digital TV design guide, then introduced the digital television (DTV) reference receiver system and interference protection ratio parameters of choice, and finally, discussed the radiation model design method.
