当前我国社会正处于改革开放和全面建设小康社会的关键时期,我国的伦理道德及精神文明建设呈现积极、健康、向上的良好态势,公民道德建设迈出了新的步伐。但是,我国公民道德和道德建设还存在一些问题和不足。本文以湖南省衡阳市为考察点,分析我国公民道德建设的现状。针对存在的问题及原因,提出了加强公民道德建设应遵循的伦理原则及实施对策。
At present, our country is in a critical period of reform and opening up and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Our ethics and spiritual civilization have shown a positive, healthy and progressive trend. Citizen morality has taken a new step. However, there are still some problems and deficiencies in our country’s citizen morality and moral construction. In this paper, Hengyang City, Hunan Province as the inspection point, analysis of the current situation of China’s citizen moral construction. In view of the existing problems and reasons, this paper puts forward the ethical principles and countermeasures that should be followed in strengthening the moral construction of citizens.
