目的总结腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者护理干预的效果。方法选择2015年2月~2017年3月我院收治的110例腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者,将其分为对照组和实验组,各55例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受综合护理。对比两组患者的手术效果、护理满意度及住院时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可提高腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者的治疗效果、护理满意度,缩短住院时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To summarize the effect of nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic tubal pregnancy. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing laparoscopic tubal pregnancy admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, experimental group received comprehensive care. The surgical outcomes, nursing satisfaction and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group, and hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy surgery, nursing satisfaction, shorten the length of stay, with high clinical value.
