自20世纪40、50年代以来,学校效能研究成为国际教育界关注的一个重要问题。众多国内外学者对学校效能进行了广泛且深入的研究,并取得了丰硕的成果。如何通过提高学校管理工作的有效性来实现学校目标最理想的状态就成为了学校管理效能关注的主要问题和追求的最终目标。
Since the 40s and 50s of the 20th century, the study of school effectiveness has become an important issue of concern to the international education community. Many domestic and foreign scholars conducted extensive and in-depth research on school effectiveness and achieved fruitful results. How to achieve the best school goal by improving the effectiveness of school management has become the main problem and the ultimate goal of school management.
