对小麦品种及突变体15个杂种F_2代7个农艺性状的广义遗传力和预期遗传进度进行了研究。结果表明:株高的遗传力最大,其次为主穗粒数和抽穗期,主穗小穗数和穗长次之,单株穗数和主穗粒重的遗传力最小。预期遗传进度则以单株穗数和主穗粒数最大,主穗粒重、抽穗期和株高居中,主穗小穗数和穗长的遗传进度最小。以上说明:对遗传力低的性状进行选择的可靠性较差,但选择效率不一定低。在品种与突变体的杂交后代中,对早熟突变性状进行选择的可靠性和选择效果均较好。
The general heritability and expected genetic progress of 7 agronomic traits of 15 F1 hybrids of wheat varieties and mutants were studied. The results showed that the heritability of plant height was the largest, followed by the number of main spikelets and heading stage. The number of spikelets and spike length of main spikes were the second. The expected genetic progress was based on the number of spike per panicle and the number of main spikelets per plant, the main grain weight, heading date and plant height were the highest, the spikelet number and spike length of the main spike were the least. The above shows that the selection of traits of low heritability is less reliable, but the selection efficiency is not necessarily low. Among the crosses between breeds and mutants, the reliability and the selection effect of the early-maturing mutant traits are better.
