                                利用NO-3在氨介质中和二氯化锰的催化作用下,用Zn粉还原成NO-2发生重氮化反应,然后加入N-(1-萘基)乙二胺使溶液发生偶联反应显色,在波长550nm处测定吸光度.其ε=3.49×104L/mol·cm在48~480μg/L范围符合比耳定律,相对标准偏差为0.28%,回收率为99.4%,对实际样品分析结果满意.
Utilizing the catalytic action of NO-3 in ammonia medium and manganese dichloride, diazotization is carried out by reduction of Zn powder into NO-2, and then the solution is coupled by adding N- (1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine The reaction color, measured at a wavelength of 550nm absorbance.
