目的:研究高压氧暴露对红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响及可能机制。方法:小鼠暴露于0.25MPa(2.5ATA)99.2%O2的高压氧下2小时,测定红细胞、淋巴细胞的免疫粘附功能及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)浓度。结果:HBO暴露下红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫粘附功能均下降,同时血浆MDA,β-EP含量升高。结论:HBO暴露可抑制机体免疫功能,这种抑制作用可能与脂质过氧化损伤及神经内分泌调节有关。
Objective: To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen exposure on immune function of erythrocyte and lymphocyte and its possible mechanism. Methods: Mice were exposed to hyperbaric oxygen of 0.25MPa (2.5ATA) 99.2% O2 for 2 hours. The immune adherence function of erythrocytes and lymphocytes and the content of plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) Enkephalin (β-EP) concentration. Results: The immune function of erythrocyte and lymphocyte decreased after exposure to HBO, meanwhile, the contents of MDA and β-EP in plasma increased. Conclusion: HBO exposure can inhibit the immune function of the body, this inhibition may be related to lipid peroxidation damage and neuroendocrine regulation.
