图1所示之薄壁工件,我厂原采用车床加工,用三爪卡盘装夹。由于工件薄,在夹紧外圆加工内孔时,工件变形很大,圆度误差达1毫米以上,常造成废品。现设计制造出如图2所示之车用夹具(只示出三爪之一)。工件经车出两端面及倒角后,装入三爪轻夹定位,拧紧三个螺母8压紧工件端面,即可加工内孔。这样装夹牢靠,变形很小,进刀一次即可车出内孔,比原加工方法提高生产率2~3倍。此夹具结构简单,制造容易,使用很方便,且加工质量好,安全。图3为用
Thin-walled workpiece shown in Figure 1, I used the factory lathe processing, clamping chuck with three claws. Now designed and manufactured as shown in Figure 2 car fixture (only shows one of the three claws). The workpiece by the car out of both ends and chamfering, into the three claw light clip positioning, tighten the three nuts 8 side of the workpiece pressed to Machinable hole. This clamping firm, deformation is small, the knife can be car out of the hole, than the original processing methods to improve productivity 2 to 3 times.
