农村医疗保障是农村社会保障的重要组成部分,建立新型农村合作医疗制度是当前所提倡的,但建立好新型农村合作医疗制度需要与卫生院条件相适应。在调查一个县的基础上,通过对农村卫生院现状的分析,发现其现状不容乐观,于是针对这些问题分析造成这种情况的原因,找出解决的方法,从新型农村合作医疗方面提出改革的建议和方案,从而将卫生院改革和建立新型农村合作医疗制度相结合,最终让农民的医疗状况得到切实的保障。
Rural medical security is an important part of rural social security. The establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical care system is currently advocated, but the establishment of a new type of rural cooperative medical care system needs to be adapted to the conditions of the hospital. Based on the investigation of a county, based on the analysis of the status quo of rural health centers, we find that the status quo is not optimistic. Therefore, we analyze the causes of this situation and find solutions to these problems. We propose reforms in the new rural cooperative medical system. The proposal and plan will combine the reform of the hospital and the establishment of a new rural cooperative medical system, which will ultimately ensure the medical condition of the peasants.
