目的了解常州市武进区工业企业职业卫生现状,旨在保护劳动者身体健康。方法分析《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》在该区实施情况及存在的问题。结果有毒有害作业场所监测覆盖率15.0%,监测合格率80.3%,职业健康检查率25.0%,累计职业病病例326例(尘肺187例,急慢性职业中毒139例),查出疑似职业病15例,建设项目职业病危害因素评价报告12份。结论该区的有毒有害作业监测率和职业健康检查率均很低,存在对执法的认识和监管方面的问题。提高认识,加大执法力度是职业病防治工作的关键。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health in industrial enterprises in Wujin District, Changzhou City, aiming to protect the health of laborers. Methods Analyze the implementation situation and existing problems of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases in this area. Results The monitoring coverage of poisonous and harmful workplace was 15.0%, the monitoring qualified rate was 80.3%, the occupational health checkup rate was 25.0%, the accumulated occupational disease cases were 326 cases (pneumoconiosis 187 cases and acute and chronic occupational poisoning cases 139 cases), the suspected occupational diseases were detected in 15 cases and the construction Project occupational hazards evaluation report 12 copies. Conclusion The monitoring rates of toxic and hazardous occupations and occupational health examination rates in this area are very low, and there are problems in understanding and supervising law enforcement. Awareness raising and strengthening law enforcement are the keys to occupational disease prevention and control.
