根据数控刀具预调仪的结构特点，分析了力变形对仪器精度的影响，建立了非刚体数学模型并推导出误差补偿方式。
According to the structural characteristics of CNC tool presetter, the influence of force deformation on the accuracy of the instrument is analyzed. The non-rigid mathematical model is established and the error compensation method is deduced.
