应国际技术经济合作委员会的邀请,通过中国设备管理协会的对外技术交流渠道,我作为中国航空工业总公司派出的一名代表,于1993年4月25日至5月15日赴瑞典参加国际设备维修管理高级研究班。虽然时间不长,但学习收获很大。现代维修理论认为:维修管理不是单纯的“尽快修复坏了的设备”;而是以“保证设备的运行和产品质量”为指导。随着自动化和机械化的不断发展,机床的维修越来越重要。这是此次学习的主要收获。 计算机──设备现代化管理的重要工具 瑞典是世界上计算机应用密度最高的国家,在工厂里计算机遍布各管理部门。在设备管理上,计算机除用于设备的台帐、统计、费用分析测算外,还大量用于设备的现场管理、数据处理、状态监测等工作系统。 在瑞典,任何一个生产公司必须有一个有效的设备维修管理系统,这个系统必须是建立在一套科学的管理方法之上的,它包括了系统分析的方法、程序化的
At the invitation of the International Council for Technology and Economic Cooperation, through the China International Association for Facility Management’s external technical exchanges, as a representative of China National Aviation Industry Corporation, I went to Sweden to participate in international equipment from April 25 to May 15, 1993. Maintenance management advanced research class. Although the time is not long, the study is very rewarding.
