为研究冷库地坪通风防冻系统性能的影响因素,并为系统的设计与优化提供理论依据,建立了冷库地坪通风防冻系统计算模型,以地面加热量和地面加热层温度为评价指标,讨论了支风道内流速、支风道间距、支风道管径及通风加热装置每日运行时间对系统性能的影响。研究结果表明:支风道内流速、支风道间距、支风道管径及通风加热装置每日运行时间对冷库地坪通风防冻系统的性能均有不同程度的影响。
In order to study the influencing factors on the performance of ventilation and antifreeze system of cold storage floor and to provide theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the system, the calculation model of ventilation and antifreeze system for cold storage floor is established. Taking the ground heating and ground heating layer temperature as evaluation indexes, The influence of the flow velocity in the branch air duct, the branch air duct spacing, the branch pipe diameter and the daily running time of the ventilation heating device on the system performance. The results show that: the flow velocity inside the branch duct, the branch air duct spacing, the branch duct diameter and the daily running time of the ventilation heating device all have different degrees of influence on the performance of the ventilation and antifreeze system of the cold store floor.
