峨眉丰早属早熟蒜台品系,从种到收苔只需140天左右,比普通苔蒜提早60～80天采收。其栽培要点如下: 一、选种:苔蒜品种很多,在二水早、先苔一号,涪陵蒜、峨眉丰早等品系中,从84年至今10年来在本镇对比试种中,引繁的峨眉丰早表现早熟、高产、质优、抗病,适宜大面积种植,市场前景广阔,效益是二水早等品种的3～5倍。
