利用还原气化的非色散型装置 ,以湿法消解的方式 ,对木耳和银耳中的痕量汞进行了原子荧光测定 ,结果表明 ,试验回收率在 88 8%~ 1 0 8 8%之间 ,误差 <1 1 2 % ,木耳和银耳中的汞含量分别为 36 9ng/g和 44 7ng/g .
Determination of trace mercury in Pleurotus ostreatus and Tremella by atomic absorption spectrometry with reduction and gasification of non-dispersive device by wet digestion, the results show that the experimental recovery was between 88 8% ~ 108.8% , Error <112%, mercury content in fungus and tremella were 369ng / g and 447ng / g, respectively.
