互联网开放包容、发展快、变化快的特征决定了规范与创新同等重要。创新是新媒体快速发展的强大动力,规范则是行业科学有序发展的根本保障,广电媒体转型升级和新媒体开放竞争,都需要在规范中前行、在有序中发展;在规范方面要有底线思维,在创新方面则要有突破性的勇气和智慧,加大力量投入、加快发展步伐,深入挖掘和开拓市场,尽快掌握在新媒体领域的主导权;在新媒体领域发挥主力军作用,不仅是责任所在,更关系到广电的未来,要把传统媒体的影响力、公信力向网络空间延伸,更好地弘扬主旋律、传播正能量。
