In the past ten years, the Ministry of Personnel took the lead in implementing the Provisional Regulations on Civil Servants, boldly explored and promoted it as a whole, focused its efforts on key points and put it in place step by step and made new breakthroughs every year so as to continuously implement the various management regulations of the civil service.
