锌渣是损害镀锌板表面质量的最重要因素。在工业现役锌锅的基础上,本研究增加了热镀锌液体外循环净化装置,将电磁净化技术应用于热镀锌液中的锌渣去除。结果表明:引入外循环净化装置,锌液平均流速增加0.06 m/s,V形区平均流速增加0.69 m/s,V形区速度的增加能促使锌渣向锌液表面流动。锌液的平均温度增加0.4℃,锌锅内的温度分布更加均匀,循环装置的引入不会对锌锅内流场和温度场产生负面影响,反而有利于锌渣与镀锌钢板的分离。
Zinc dross is the most important factor that can damage the surface quality of galvanized sheet. Based on the industrial active zinc pot, this study added an external circulating purification device of hot dip galvanizing liquid, and applied the electromagnetic purification technology to remove the dross in the hot dip galvanizing bath. The results show that the average circulating velocity of zinc liquid increases 0.06 m / s and the average velocity of V-shaped zone increases 0.69 m / s. The increase of V-shaped velocity can promote the flow of zinc dross to the surface of zinc liquid. The average temperature of zinc solution increases by 0.4 ℃, and the temperature distribution in the zinc pot is more uniform. The introduction of circulation device will not negatively affect the flow field and temperature field in the zinc pot, but is beneficial to the separation of zinc slag and galvanized steel sheet.
