目的:探讨子宫肌瘤手术方式的选择及其疗效,总结手术治疗经验以提高自身水平。方法:对2010年3月～2012年8月我科收入的78例子宫肌瘤患者的资料进行分析,并选择适当的手术方式治疗,术后随访3个月,记录并作回顾性分析。结果:78例患者中除2例外均有不同程度的子宫肌瘤相关的临床症状,手术治疗后患者均痊愈出院。结论:大多数子宫肌瘤患者出现相应症状,手术治疗时应选择合适的手术方法,预后良好。
Objective: To explore the choice of the surgical method of uterine fibroids and its curative effect, and to summarize the experience of surgical treatment to improve its own level. Methods: The data of 78 cases of myoma of uterine fibroids from March 2010 to August 2012 in our department were analyzed. The patients were followed up for 3 months after surgery. The patients were retrospectively analyzed retrospectively. Results: All 78 patients except 2 had different degrees of clinical symptoms related to uterine fibroids. All patients were discharged after surgery. Conclusion: The majority of patients with uterine fibroids appear the corresponding symptoms, surgical treatment should choose the appropriate surgical method, the prognosis is good.
