通过扫描电镜对失效的lycoming发动机配重挡片进行断口形貌和金相组织分析。结果表明,该发动机配重挡片失效是疲劳断裂。结合其使用特点分析认为:挡片材料热处理不当、结构设计不合理、滚柱轴向顶撞力及滚柱轴向顶撞力偏斜等综合作用导致配重挡片失效。
Through the scanning electron microscope on the failure of the lycoming engine counterbalance plate fracture morphology and microstructure analysis. The results show that the failure of the engine counterbalance is fatigue fracture. According to the analysis of its using characteristics, it is concluded that the combination of the unbalanced heat treatment, unreasonable structure design, roller axial striking force and roller axial striking bias etc.
