近年来,我校围绕“做最好的自己,办人民满意的教育”这一主题,在“创新管理、优质高效”上下工夫,在教育教学管理、师生管理、学校管理等方方面面开展了一系列的探索和实践。自2011年下学期开始,从最嘈杂、最无序、最头疼的午餐搭食和午睡管理入手,寻找突破口,勇于探索,大胆创新,扎实工作,培养学生守纪、文明、有序的观念,提高学生集体荣誉感,促使学生养成良好的行为习惯,摸索出了一套比较好的管理方法。
