In order to meet the requirements of new technologies, new equipment, new regulations and advanced operation methods for high-speed railway, it is urgently necessary for us to build a contingent of high-speed railway talents with high quality, excellent technology, exquisite skills and complete professional fields. To this end, we accurately locate the connotation and characteristics of skilled personnel on the job, according to the characteristics of theoretical training and skills training, continue to explore and study flexible and effective viable job skills training model to promote the rapid development of railway enterprises.
