党的十一届三中全会以来 ,我国的私营经济得以解放并获得长足发展 ,特别是在当前改革开放和市场经济的条件下 ,已真正成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分 ,成为推动地方经济发展的增长点。但同时 ,私营经济在发展过程中 ,特别在当前呈现出了一些新特点、新趋势 ,也出现了许多亟待解决的问题。本文则着重论述了私营经济发展的历程 ,新时期的特点和发展趋势 ,提出解决私营经济存在的问题的对策。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China’s private economy has been liberated and has made great strides. Under the conditions of the current reform and opening up and the market economy, this has truly become an important part of the socialist market economy and has become a driving force for the local economy Growth point of development.
