阿密纳金,英美通称氯丙嗪(Chlor-promazine),根据化学构造式亦简译称氯硫二苯胺;于1950年首先由法国合成,其后苏联、英、美、德、日等国亦相继合成。我国亦已试制成功,正在作毒性测定中。因其对精神病具有显着的疗效,想不久将在我国被推广应用。阿密纳金化学上属于酚噻萘化合物之一(编者:有谓属硫氮杂蒽衍化物),化学结构式如下:
