在食品、药品和日用化工等行业中,为节约设备采购成本,中小企业普遍采用选购国产包装单机加以连接组装成生产线的方式来满足产品包装需求。不同设备之间的对接是组装生产线必需解决的关键问题。本文通过建立被供送物体的力学模型,求解其运动稳定性条件,提出防止物件在跨越不同设备输送线时发生倾倒的方法,并给出变道引导挡板和附加挡板设计参数的确定原则。
In the food, medicine and daily chemical industries, in order to save the purchasing cost of equipment, small and medium-sized enterprises generally adopt the way of purchasing domestic single package to connect and assemble into production line to meet the demand of product packaging. Docking between different devices is a key issue that must be solved in assembling the production line. In this paper, by establishing the mechanical model of the object to be supplied, the conditions of motion stability are solved, and the method of preventing the object from falling down when crossing the conveying lines of different equipment is proposed. The principle of determining the design parameters of the guide plate and the additional baffle is given. .
